Delivery Information


PLEASE NOTE THAT AS OF THE 1ST MAY 2024 WE WILL ONLY BE DISPATCHING ORDERS ON A MONDAY, WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY.

  • Orders made on Monday will be dispatched on Wednesday
  • Orders made on Tuesday will be dispatched on Wednesday
  • Orders made on Wednesday will be dispatched on Friday
  • Orders made on Thursday will be dispatched on Friday
  • Orders made on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

WE DO NOT OFFER A CUSTOMER COLLECTION SERVICE.

All orders received Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the following delivery day.  Orders received on a Friday (after 1pm), Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.  Orders received on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working weekday.







All delivery on orders over £75.00 within the UK is FREE.  Orders under £75 will have a £5.99 delivery charge applied (standard tracked & signed for delivery). Standard delivery can take between 2 - 5 working days to arrive.  Please allow 5 days before contacting us to chase a delivery.  You will be issued with a tracking number for your delivery and you can track the progress of your package via the Royal Mail website: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/


You can upgrade your delivery to 24 Hour Delivery at checkout.  This delivery can take between 1 - 2 working days to arrive.  Please allow 3 working days before contacting us to chase a delivery.

Please note that once we receive notification from Royal Mail that your items have been delivered (including delivery to a neighbour because your address was unavailable to take the package) we are no longer responsible for these items (unless notification is received within 24 hours that the contents of the package was damaged or items missing).  In the event of damaged goods on receipt, we will require a photograph of the damaged item before we will consider replacement or refund.

Our cigars are packaged in a sealed bag with a small boveda pack to keep them fresh during delivery.  Please unpack them and store correctly as soon as possible after receipt.  Any issues with products must be reported to us via email (rebellioncigarsuk@gmail.com) within 24 hours of receipt of your items.
